My name is Trung Tran. I am a web/graphic designer. I studied graphic communications at San Diego State University.

For the past two years I have been working at Mid-Valley Engineering in Modesto, CA. as a web/graphic designer. The Graphics department works closely with both the Marketing and Engineering departments to design marketing materials like brochures, posters, and documentations for land development firms. The Graphics department also acts as independent ad design agency. We service client's ad campaign from print to World Wide Web.

I also had six years experience working at The Record newspaper in Stockton, CA. as a web/graphic designer, using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver. After my first three months on the job, I learned The Record New Media department inside and out. I was promoted to lead web designer in my first year. My responsibility was to design and maintain their high traffic website http://www.recordnet.com.

Also at The Record, I worked hand in hand with local businesses to develop their websites and help them with web advertising to establish their web presence online.
